1 cup of oats or mix of whole grains
200g of yogurt
10-20g of Whey Protein Isolate
Fresh or dried fruit to taste
Optional Tablespoon of flaxseed oil.
Soak the oats in a little water overnight (an hour or so will do).
Drain of excess water and mix in yogurt and flaxseed oil.
Then stir in the whey protein.
