    I have been currently take ON’s whey (3 times a day) but want to use the myopure products, just not sure what I need and when to take it. I am currently bulking so anything to help with that would be great.

    Hi Norm, your price range will be the governing factor here.

    Have you had look at the characteristics of each protein Myopure has to offer? At the end of each speal there is a section on when is the most productive time in which to consume each breed.

    Basically as far as the proteins are concerned I would be taking WPI ($ factor) before or after workout. Myopure MRP during the day if you choose and Calcium caesinate before lights out.

    Although, I’ve been reading up on Myopures H17 and it sounds like the bomb if you can afford it??
