Exactly like the topic says… and slightly fructose intolerant
I have just been diagnosed by tests, however I can tolerate a little but not alot of both. I am in the market for some new protein and came across this site. VP2 is at the top of my list at the moment, however I’m open to other brands.
I’ve just come off AussieBodies Soy and it was hopeless. Didn’t do much and didn’t help with recovery at all. My main goals for the protein are lean muscle gains and recovery as I’m not aiming to bulk (I run a lot due to sport).
There are that many different proteins listed on the myopure site, I am so confused. There are no calorie measures or protein per serving (maybe I’m missing them?). I’d love some help!

Low lactose products are:
Calcium caseinate – lactose 0.2%, P 93% per 30g serve lactose 0.006g P 28g. This is a ‘slow’ protein.
Hydrolysed casein is similar but it’s a fast protein.
Of the WPIs, CSEP has the lowest lactose 0.1% or 0.003g per 30g serve (P 27g).
DH17 Ultra is our fastest absorbing protein. 0.5% lactose with 91% P
And soy and egg white powder of course

which do you recommend out of the CSEP or DH17 ultra?
what are the differences? pro’s? con’s?September 5, 2006 at 6:42 am #6065
DH17 for peri-workout nutrition with carbs.
CSEP at other times.
Or you could use the CSEP for around workouts as well but I wouldn’t recommend DH17 at other times because it’s digested way to quickly.

so many to choose from…… i don’t know??
ideally, you want a fast release protein for post workouts, and a slow release before bed, is this right? i never have shakes before workout, only a meal
if I had to select one, which takes preference? etcSeptember 7, 2006 at 6:33 am #6067
Or CSEP WPI plus calcium caseinate.May 8, 2007 at 1:42 am #6108
Optimum nutrition contains aminogen and lactase which helps break down the protein and the lactose.
i mix a scoop of that with my myopure proteinsMay 8, 2007 at 3:37 am #6109
