i’m thinking of buying some Hydrolysed Whey, does this stuff mix up well in just a shaker or do you need a blender?June 22, 2006 at 4:44 am #2718
i use dh17 hydrolysed whey. yes you can use a shaker which is what i use now but it makes a foam that takes about 10-15 min to dissolve. i use to use one of those hand blenders which was a bit easier as it made little foam.June 22, 2006 at 5:17 am #2719
thanks. Do you add anything else to the whey, like creatine?
And what about the taste any suggestions?June 22, 2006 at 5:39 am #2720
i have creatine by itself in a bit of water, find it a lot easier, then having it in my shake.
i put dextrose and maltodextrin with my dh17 as they are both fairly sweet the dh17 isnt that bad, but dh17 on its own is a killer.
it takes about 1 or 2 weeks get use to it. i like the taste of it now.June 22, 2006 at 11:04 am #2721
