I’ve been using MP’s hydroylsed DH12, and one thing I like about it is it makes my shakes froth up and go all creamy. Other commercial brands I used before never did this. ACE WPI is a foamy whey protein powder. So is DH17 Ultra.

It’s a characteristic that the dairy co-op manufacturers can play around with.
Possibly easier to do with isolates than concentrates because of lower fat content.
MF WPI was moderately foamy. ACE WPI is very foamy.
