Has anyone tried aussie bodies perfect protein?
I got some today and it is nothing but foam and has no taste to it at all. Compared to musashi bulk which is thick and tastes really sweet. This is all mixed with water by the way.May 14, 2008 at 8:00 am #6403
You went from Musashi to Aussie Bodies… 😥 You will learn the hard way, not too mention they are farken too expensive.May 14, 2008 at 8:10 am #6404May 14, 2008 at 8:48 am #6405
explain to me what i will learn?May 14, 2008 at 9:09 am #6406
For a start Aussie bodies is PUSS! and Musashi is overpriced designer PUSS! I used to train with a guy who was a rep for Musashi and even he wouldn’t use it. But in saying that it was the first WPI that I bought when i first started too.
The lesson you will learn like us all is that all you need is a non flavoured, quality protein similar to Myopures. There are plenty of them out there, it’s just a matter of finding the one that suits you.May 14, 2008 at 12:03 pm #6407
Whats wrong with aussie bodies? It has no flavour and no preservatives or
artificial colours. And it was recommended to me by an ex powerlifter. Does someone from this site run myopure or something coz all i hear is myopure myopure myopureMay 14, 2008 at 8:43 pm #6408
For a start YES Dr J owns Myopure and this site so that is why that is all you here OPEN YOUR EYES!! I personally don’t use Myopure because I think it is to dear for what I need so i use protein direct.
Correct me if i’m wrong but wasn’t it you who said that
I got some today and it is nothing but foam and has no taste to it at all
I would say you answered your own question about what is wrong with it. If you want the chemistry answer you would be better to ask J’s opinion on that.May 14, 2008 at 8:59 pm #6409
lesson learned, when I run out of my “PUSS” proteins I will definitely be buying from myopure or protein direct. But aussie bodies must work coz I did work out hard yesterday and I’m recovering quite quickly. Sorry if i sounded
rude before but I’m just tring to find out all the right answers and do’s and donts of the game. ThanxMay 14, 2008 at 9:46 pm #6410
PUSS is a heavy word 😆 and your proteins now will help you out, but in the long haul you need a cheap quality powder or you will go broke with stomach cramps. When I first started I would get so confused with the minor details (i still do sometimes) that I would tend to almost give up cos i didn’t know where to start. The best thing I did was join this forum years ago cos it has helped me bypass a few more mistakes.
I’ll give you an example, I went shopping for groceries last nite with the wife and as I walked past the health and nutrition section I noticed this small skinny guy having a debate with his girlfriend about which 500g overpriced powder he should buy. Poor bastard I really wanted to go over and say ‘ Follow me mate I’ll hook you up!” ha ha. But I didn’t cos it is something I see here all the time, hence the reason the supplement industry is so lucrative. That poor bugger will go home and hit the weights for a month and eat up all his powder and at the end he will be pissed off because he hasn’t gained 10kg and thrown another 20 onto his bench.
Morale of the story try not to get tangled up in the web of supplement confusion just yet. Focus on what you have to do to start with and that is ‘consistency’ once you have got that and you go to the gym ‘just cos’ that’s what you do, then you can start getting into the rest of it. There are some good ones out there but there are a lot of dodgy ones to.
As far as rude goes…just don’t start with Stormie ha ha ha. 😉May 14, 2008 at 10:23 pm #6411

Guys, running a fulltime business is hard enough without advertising for others. So please …
There’s no free lunch. MyoPure supports this little forum and we try not to be pushy but there’s a limit.May 18, 2008 at 1:49 am #6415

I think i’m going to stick with aussie bodies perfect protein, coz I can get 5kg for $109.00 plus $7.50 postage from a website I know of. Plus it is helping me recover and has everything I need plus more. But the main thing is it dosn’t make me fart. lol
