    anyone used atp as a supplement??

    i think i may order some from Bulk and give it a go

    Don’t waste your money, if you have creatine that is probably the best you are going to get in terms of being able to increase ATP production in your muscles.

    Your body has a limited capacity to store atp, a 75kg person uses about 51kg a day, so it’s all about regeneration by energy pathway that utilize carbohydrates, fats and, shock horror, protein if necessary.
