This vitamin C powder has three different forms of vitamin C, each of which takes a different metabolic pathway before entering the mitochondria. Betacarotene is converted to vitamin A. Zinc supports tissue repair and is also needed by the liver to release vitamin A. Vitamin E and rutin supports the processing of the other vitamins in this blend.

One level 5 mL teaspoon (4 g) of powder contains:
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate (equiv 100 IU natural vitamin E)	73.5 mg
Rutin	76 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (equiv 4.8 mg zinc)	24 mg
Betacarotene	2.4 mg
2.45 gram (2450 mg) vitamin C as:
Ascorbic acid	1800 mg (1.8 g)
Sodium ascorbate	560 mg
Calcium ascorbate	220 mg
In a lemon flavoured effervescen base. Contains no table salt, lactose, dairy products, gluten, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweetners, sugar or preservatives.

Vitamins can only be of assitance if the dietary vitamin intake is indadequate.
