soy protein isolate is a 100% pure Supro®
soy powder which contains absolutely no additives or flavoring.
Because this is a natural raw soy powder it has a slightly
bitter taste.
The
protein is isolated from the soy beans using water extraction.
Typically isoflavone levels vary between 1mg to 3mg per
gram of protein but the manufacturer does not certify levels
of isoflavones because of the degree of natural variability
that occurs.
