Palatinose™ provides your muscles and brain with a constant stream of energy over a longer period of time compared to quickly absorbed carbohydrates. It is a natural carbohydrate, found in honey, for example, and is also kind to your teeth.
It is completely broken down and absorbed by your body but at a much slower rate compared to table sugar (sucrose) and other sugars. This leads to a low glycemic and low insulinemic response.
