Super Breakfast Smoothie
3
Oranges - Freshly Juiced
1 Banana
1 scoop MF Whey Protein Isolate
1 - 2 tbs ground flax seeds*
1-2 tsp kelp granules (not kelp powder-yuk!)
Whizz briefly and drink! The flax seeds make the smoothie
thicker and help to keep the kelp granules suspended. Also,
the orange juice makes the whole thing very sweet!
*Grind organic flax seeds in blender and store in freezer.
Originally used psyllium husks but these might reduce the
absorption of minerals and vitamins. The flax seeds should
be much better and the taste is great - big improvement on
the psyllium husks.
