Your name and address will be used to label your order. On orders delivered by Courier the address label will include your phone number to facilitate delivery.

Confirmation of your order will be sent by email, were an email address is supplied. MyoPure may call or email you to clarify the details of your order or payment method. MyoPure may occasionally email you to update you on new products or changes to our site.

Credit card information is collect over a SSL 128 bit encrypted connection and is certified as secure and authentic. Our identity is assured for $10,000. We do not store credit card numbers.

MyoPure will remove any personal information from our database at your request.

MyoPure will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information.
